Each of these four basic elements represents a vital force that is necessary for life to exist. Learning, embracing and using each of these powers separately and together will help you create a more balanced life.

Today we focus on the healing power and energy of Air.

Conscious breathing reduces stress.

Setting up boundaries that give ourselves the space we need to become individuals is needed to develop independance.

The winds of the world affect all the weather we live with. 

Air is also a vital component of each of the other four elements. Fire cannot sustain itself without air. The soil itself must contain enough air between molecules to allow things to grow through it. And water itself is made up from oxygen.
