Welcome the Authentic Self

Here are 11 of the Worlds Best speaking on

What does it mean to be The Authentic Self?

What does The Authentic Self mean to you?

Annie had to go back to the beginning, unlearn, and get rid of the beliefs that were forced on her by others. Even people close to me. Start relearning what an actual belief system for myself is. So I can go out to the world and simply be me.

Cyndi Lynne-embrace the evolution of yourself. To be truly authentic to who you've been/who you are today. Allow yourself to evolve, grow and change w/new experiences.

Kornelia -requires I am vulnerable; that I'm in my truth with myself; in my self-love; in my experience. When I bring out my vulnerability to others, revealing my authentic self also requires that I'm vulnerable.

Peggy -let go of the expectation that others have of you and live the kind of life you want. Examining your belief system and figuring out what's yours.

Pearl--being ok with not having to please everyone else. Being ok to put yourself first; so that then you can take care of others. And to be not guilty when doing this. When you do this, you set up boundaries wh are in your control. Not being a people pleaser.

Matt sees it through communication, truth in communication. A balancing act. If you hold back from being afraid to share, you show up inauthentically. if you're quiet, you hold back. It inhibits communication. In authentic communication, there is sharing/ sincere and open in how you're communicating and listening to the other.

Kristina-allowing myself to be me, full of my beliefs and passions, without hurting anyone along the way.

Julie-being, my authentic self, is allowing myself to show up in the way I want, a way that works for me. To 'sing at the top of my lungs.' being me, not just curating a personality. Not asking permission from the world for me to be who I am.

Nadine-a long time coming to find my authenticity. I was eternal people pleaser and worried about what people thought. What I do now to tune into my authentic self is that I pause. I take a few breaths, put my hands on my heart and ask what do I want/what do I need? Letting go of control and worrying about what others think. Letting go of my inhibitions and setting boundaries for myself. Tuning in to me..I give myself permission.

Phil-following your heart and dreams to be my authentic self. The picture that was painted by someone else didn't turn out the way I was told it would be by others. Reality happens. Follow your own authentic dreams and hearts-make something happens. Surround yourself with people who can help you get what you need. Ask for what you need.

Julia H--it's about safety. being/feeling safe enough to hold to myself that I can be authentic. Vulnerability shows up, but despite that, when something 'has to be said,' it's imp to let it out. Spontaneity about what needs to be/has to be expressed at this moment. Being true to oneself. Achieving that which is destined/intended despite challenges and difficulties leads to authenticity. When I was younger, I felt bigness, and now I'm out and proud about that bigness.

It's RIDICULOUS how on-point everyone is. Thank you, Kornelia, for your coaching and for providing so many opportunities for this.
