Deborah Hawkins
Deborah Hawkins has been blogging on gratitude and mindfulness since 2010, posting over 500 reflections on everyday experiences that have elevated her mood.
Rather than listing events that turned out to her liking, she examined powerful experiences of being grateful and developed a short list of what she most loves and values and practices seeing these qualities in WHAT IS.
Inspired by Eckart Tolle’s teaching, “Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance,” she attributes her gratitude practice with helping her work her way out of depression and forming the cornerstone for how she chooses to live. Through books, classes, and coaching, she guides people in learning how to identify what they are, personally, grateful for, and helps them see how these things are already in their lives.
Her books, The Best of No Small Thing – Mindful Meditations and Practice Gratitude: Transform Your Life — Making the Uplifting Experience of Gratitude Intentional, give a fresh approach to a gratitude practice that is fun, authentic, and confidence-boosting.
She has been interviewed by Jack Canfield and has guested on many popular podcasts including Your Daily Chocolate, Unlocking Happiness with Amy Dix, and Wake Up with Gratitude.
