Fred Thompson is the founder of Chicago base Outreach Staffing LLC (est. 2018), a search firm that helps talented employees and businesses partner to improve their ability to grow and impact their financial bottom line and cultural diversity.

Before creating Outreach Staffing LLC, Fred worked at Pactiv Corp (Global Mfg) as a Diversity Recruiting Manager covering over 45 US locations. In addition to leading the search for talented salaried professionals in the areas such as Engineering, Human Resources, Sales and Logistics, Fred lead Pactiv’s diversity outreach and supported the companies Affirmative Action Plans. In addition to his work in the private sector, he has partnered with other non-profit organizations (Sitting on the Board for Lumity Org. a non-profit that help introduce HS school students to STEM careers in the Chicago area.
Fred is a resident of Chicago, Ill and a graduate of Southern Illinois-Carbondale with a degree in Communications.
Fred has been working in the recruitment space for over 20 yrs., starting at Accord Inc. a search firm in Westchester, Ill. In addition to the private sector work, Fred worked with NCS Pearson that helped establish the TSA post 9-11.
My passion is not only to help companies fill roles by finding top talent but also helping professionals with interviewing techniques, salary negation and resume/Linked in review to increase candidate branding.
