Gary Malkin

Gary Malkin is a multiple Emmy award-winning composer, public speaker and arts and

health expert who inspires the world to embrace music as a catalyst for greater emotional

intelligence, heart-centered mindfulness & cross-cultural community building through his

life-enhancing company, WisdomoftheWorld.com.  His globally acclaimed listening

resource Graceful Passages was co-created with life-enhancing media creators, Michael

and Doris Stillwater. This book and CD set is still considered the most celebrated work of its

kind, having helped nearly a million people find acceptance for one’s mortality and

psychospiritual support while facing illness, loss and the grieving process.  He is a co-

creator of the book and CD set, Safe in the Arms of Love, created for new parents seeking

support through the bonding process when bringing new life into the world. His soundtrack

for Thrive, the most viewed documentary ever, received a Hollywood Music in Media Award

in 2013. He is currently creating music for Thrive’s sequel, due to be released in Summer,

2020. Gary has presented at major institutions and conferences throughout North America,

including UCSF Medical Center, Stanford Health, Houston Methodist, Google, Harvard’s

Conference on Spirituality and Health, Scripps Clinic, among many others.  After over 30

years of creating music for mainstream film and television, his work redefines music's
