HawkOwl

HawkOwl has a long history of using masks in her work as a psychotherapist and acting instructor. She studied acting in England, performed No drama in Japan, and taught theater, briefly, in the Philippinesandfor 16 years at the University of British Columbia, Sheearned an MA from Cornell and a PhD from the UW; trained in psychotherapy at Cold Mountain, B.C., Eslen, and studied process work in Portland, OR. HawkOwl practiced psychotherapy for 12 years and has taught mask work in Vancouver and Gabriola, B.C. She creates ceramic sculptures of ancient goddesses, animals, owls, portrait plaques and human experience.
