Pegine Peg-een Echevarria is CEO of Team Pegine Inc. TPI, an author and speaker. TPI works with government and corporate clients to engage, train and market to diverse communities worldwide. Her company's expertise is to provide scalable, strategic systems that increase productivity, engagement and profits in a changing, diverse world.

TPI was named 3 of the 2013 50 Fastest Growing Privately Held companies in North Florida. Clients include all branches of the military, NASA, Rockwell Collins, Northrup Grumman, Newell Rubbermaid, Silpada, Amway and Colgate Palmolive. TPI was the project management/production company for the 50th Commemoration of the Vietnam War, the keynote speaker was President Obama. They also provide the US Air Force with role players for 12 villages for cultural negotiation leadership exercises which trained 7,000 officers in 2012. Team Pegine produces leadership events for leaders in a diverse world.

Pegine had been quoted by The Wall Street Journal, HR Magazine, Washington Post, NY Times, and BusinessWeek.com as well as NPR Fresh Air, CNN and Univision affiliates. She presented at the Pentagon, keynoted with two US Presidents, two Secretaries of State, and authors John Maxwell and Suze Orman. She speaks to leaders about engaging, supporting, leveraging and marketing to diverse communities worldwide, as well as business and personal development. New York Newsday calls business woman Pegine "a walking one-woman antidote to workplace cynicism." Clorox hired her as the spokesperson for their Dream Without Limits campaign.

She is author of 'Sometimes You Need to Kick Your Own Butt', 'Bragging Rights: Transform Your Team in 21 Days' and 'I've Got the Power To Lead & Think Big'. The Society of Human Resource Management SHRM named her one of 100 Global Thought Leaders on Diversity and Inclusion. Pegine was president of a direct selling company, national sales manager & director of operations in manufacturing. She also owned two businesses in Madrid, Spain.
Pegine is on the board of the National Speakers Association and represents the association on the Global Federation of Speakers. The federation is comprised of 11 country specific associations.
