In addition to being a regular contributor to the leading yoga publications, he has been featured on CNN and has taught alongside Deepak Chopra. Rod has created several award winning yoga videos series and has produced several highly acclaimed guided meditation CDs.
Rod has had a significant role in helping to popularize the ancient practice of yoga nidra, yogas systematic approach to complete relaxation, which in recent clinical studies, has proven to be highly effective in the treatment of various afflictions ranging from sleep disorders, to chronic pain, and anxiety. His CD, Relax into Greatness is one of the best selling in the field.
Rods teaching weaves together a profound breadth of knowledge and experience, along with his unique ability to make the deepest of the ancient teachings accessible to modern audiences and students from all walks of life.

Acclaimed Yogi, teacher, lecturer, and writer, Rods down-to-earth approach is informed as much by his mastery of the sublime teachings, as it is by his love of life and devotion to his wife and four children. Rod lives with his family in Colorado.
