Shirley Thiessen is the author of “The Little Black Funeral Dress”, a speaker, founder of a non-profit, CornerBend Ministries, and grief educator.   

 

Twelve days after her son’s wedding, Shirley was thrown into the unimaginable task of planning his funeral. Grief threatened to extinguish her hope.
