I'm a naturopathic doctor who left the world of "traditional medical care" to create an online business and coaching program for women struggling with chronic migraines.
I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology and a minor in Inorganic Chemistry. I went to medical school at Bastyr University and received my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 2012.
After graduation, I entered into private practice from 2012 until 2021. Now I run an online program to help women struggling with chronic migraine who are finding that conventional treatment approaches are not working well and who are looking to find a way to heal their body, not just control their symptoms.
I’m also @thechristianclinician and love to talk about the importance of developing a relationship with God as part of the healing journey (and the research we have about it). I'm somewhat of a neurotheology geek (the study of how religion impacts our neurological and biological function) and am passionate about talking about how supporting and focusing on our spiritual health can have an incredible impact on our physical and emotional health.
