I cover a variety of spiritual topics to meet you where you are in your journey. You’ll learn how to ground yourself with the earth, work with the energy of the universe, and how to use and clear pendulums. We’ll also explore astrology, using human design to craft your day and the power of past life healing.

As a shaman, astrologer, and human design reader, I help you understand how to make informed decisions and incorporate different modalities, using discernment and your own intuition. On Musings and Modalities, you will gain powerful healing tools you can use to incorporate spiritual practices in non-traditional ways. As with the personalized sessions offered on my website, each show will leave you with a sense of clarity that energizes you to make impactful changes.

Hi! I’m Tristen, a shaman, astrologer, and human design reader. Over the past nine years, I’ve dedicated my life to learning new healing tools and completing certifications to help with my spiritual path. These tools include Reiki, shamanic journeying, astrology, and intuition. Whether you are new to spirituality or just need a knowledgeable best friend to help on your journey; I'm here to help uncover the blind spots in your life that you want to change and grow.
